This series was “binge” worthy. Nice job. A little bit of everything. We need to remember what it’s like to be uncomfortable. It’s natural.
My Brother and I would fall threw the ice all the time when we were younger(like 7/8 and older)… 1st get out of the wind into the trees etc… Light a Fire !!! Never leave home without a few ways to light a fire (EVERYONE have fire starters) the person with the matches might be the one that gets wet… remove wet foot wear… Stuff your socks into the bottoms of your boots and then pull out steamed wet socks and dry socks like roasting a hotdog repeat until boots are completely dry inside… If you have a few miles to walk and your boots are still damp inside they will get cold quickly… remove cloths if you have to dry them… dry person share coat etc….
Probably my favorite videos from you so far… Do more like this!
Could you fall in again please it was great. Its a shame you are such a bad actor.
I unsubscibed along time ago but aftet seeing your staged polar bear dive I had to see it again on your channel. You lost me with the warehouse and home tours.
Fun stuff!! Sucks you fell in tho and the fishin wasnt better for you guys
Great job man on your first adventure with those boys and great job on your first editing job I would say your is just as good as Zack and your music selection blows his out of the water first time on the channel beating you from the bearded Woodsman and Zack thanks for showing another side to this series till next one
Great job AP Bassing. I've spent time on the lake in an ice hut but not a hot tent or the cave thing. Although a hot tent is similar to a fish hut it's still not the same. But I have found that someone I know did make a contraption that extended from his ice hut to the lake with an inner tube inside it so the hot air from the wood stove would melt the ice from the lake no scooping ice and no freezing over. No up drafts from the lake either.it was made out of tubing for municipal plumbing. The green tubes.. I've also fallin in ice cold water but it was up to my chest but I could stand up on the bottom. Those first few seconds you kinda just freeze as the feeling of instability cold hits you like a ton of bricks lol. My ex's dog was on the ice and fell in I tried to pull the dog out and fell in too lol by the time I got the dog out it stopped kicking with its paws. I had to push it out. Then I had to hope the ice wouldnt break again and pull myself out. My ex didnt help she hasn't ever been in that situation before. So no branches to pull me out or no quick thinking on her behalf. So at the shore I walked about 12 feet and started to freeze i didnt have the snow gear you had on. I basically stripped naked on the spot grabbed my wet clothes and ran to the car about 60-70 feet away. Wrapped in a dry warm blanket and started the car. Heat on full. If you didnt have the hot tent or the car your best bet would have been to go into the ice igloo and borrow some of zachs stuff to wear till you could dry yours out. A fire would have been great, but even just some dry warm clothes and you could have went to the hot tent and started up the wood stove.
Way to go peric. You toughed it out. Been subbed to Zac and Chris for awhile. Great collaboration.
you said you would jump in if the igloo was built. Close enough. stay safe bro
Damn bro that fall in the water at the end is proof you made it and more look whos going for the throne watch out Flair AP just went the hardest 2020
Love seeing u in water but not that way bro stay safe glad u having fun again
The night shot of igloo was truly beautiful! You guys should be Proud! That's some hard work! So glad you made it back alive. Hypothermia can be a killer!
suspect that you were clearing the hole, then turned towards the hole to take a step? Also I've fallen through the ice before in -35 and then had to walk on foot back to land 4km out…
