Learn how to make Delicious ‘FISH FINGERS’ with our chef Tarika Singh.
Fish Finger is an amazing party starter recipe. It can be eaten with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise or any kind of dip.
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
– Basa
– 1 Lemon Juice
– 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
– 1/4 Dried Oregano
– 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
– 1 Egg(whisked)
– 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
– 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
– 1/4 Black Pepper Powder
– Salt
Method:
1. Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, over the fish
2. Mix it all together, and keep it aside to marinate for around 10-15 minutes
3. Add dried oregano, black pepper powder, salt to the bread crumbs and mix it
4. Now, take the marinated fish and coat it with all-purpose flour, then dip it in, whisked egg, and then, coat it with bread crumbs
5. Do the same with the remaining marinated fish
6. Keep this in the fridge for about an hour
7. Now fry them, till they turn golden brown, and then, take it out

Mam please don't use steel ladle on a nonstick Kadai. It will damage the nonstick coating.. 🙏🙏
