The UK’s traditional river season has finally dawned again and, like most keen anglers, I was as giddy as a school kid when I got up early on the 16th of June.
In this video I head back to the local River Wey, in Surrey, and for barbel and chub – long trotting with an Avon float and meat as bait – but will I catch on the big day?
