We went on a six hour fishing trip out of Honolulu, Hawaii and had some action in awesome conditions. When we got back to the dock we filleted our fish for dinner.
At the end is Mahi Mahi covered with olive oil, mayo, cajun, capers, salt, pepper, and baked at 375 for 12 min.
