OL this is so sad! Just like some of the other viewers are was looking so forward to watching a little sharks grow up I had literally just watched the hatching to videos ago and I am so sorry to hear what everything that's happened! I know your taking emotional beating right now but hopefully you'll be able to get through to the other side and just know that anyone with eyes can tell you really care and do the best you can! Your not able to predict what's going to happen! You can only learn from what's happened to and prevent any further incidents which is what I see you do!

Backups like a generator that runs on fuel and another that runs on solar…I think we should all get prepared for the worst even though I don't do it myself…but we all should incase of things getting more chaotic

No judgement sunshine. You held it together that's all that matters. You saved as many as you could.
This is what killed the hobby for me. The shift from winter to summer heated the water in my reef tank and litterally melted all my corals.
I remember watching this video when It came out. A tragedy that was a perfect storm of B.S. I also remember that heat wave as I live in the Northeast of the U.S. A year later and the King is still inspiring and educating hobbyists. Keep up the good work as you are an inspiration to so many.

I learned something
I live in Texas and my house doesn’t have the best ac I never thought of floating ice bottles in the tank to cool the water. Now I have a way to cool in case of an emergency I will keep a few in the freezer all summer
