In this video I show you how I built this very functional folding pontoon fishing boat. The legs fold in for transport and fold out for stability in the water. Thank you for watching, subscribing, and sharing.

Not betting my life on pvc it does not stay flexible with age or solar exposure it will get brittle and it will break as will the glue used to assemble, there is a pretty large amount of money in this project to loose it all along with gear when the ship goes down. That having been said it is a very good engineering project and well built.
Great idea & project. I also liked the way you presented your topic very nice..without alot of loud music & loud voices…so that why those of us who love to learn of new ideas. Great project!
I have one question. If you live in Fl, is that Gator proof?? Awesome job!! Love the creativity!!
HI SIR ,
YOU HAVE VORGOT SOMETHING …………………??!!…………………………… WIELS TO GET OUT OF THE WATTER
AND IN AT FIRST
Me thinking the pontoons were some sort of oversized crab pot float 🧐
Me watching this guy make layer cake out of insulation 😱🤯👏👏👏
It looks like a fun little fishing boat. Could you make the pontoons out of something else? It looked like a lot of work to make the pontoons so beautiful.
Spectacular. Nice design—ver well thought out and nicely balanced. Have fun and keep up the good work.
WRITE DOWN ALL THE GOOD IDEAS AND PICK ONE.. WHICH ONE DO I CHOOSE?!! CONFUSE ME MORE, DADDY
Great video but I really need to know what you sprayed on the Styrofoam…THANK YOU
Awesome job. You gave your viewers an outstanding idea and very easy to follow. It looks like you spent approximately $500.00 for the materials and lots of off time for the build. Thanks for sharing and have a good time out on the water. God bless
is it possible to build one that didn't actually look ridiculous? I'm joking
I’m tossing up making one similar to yours or just buying a cheap kayak and be done with it. I’m inherently lazy so I’ll probably buy…
Hello my son wants to build this for his senior project I went to go download your plans in Amazon but it said it was unavailable. Any other options?
That is pretty cool. Nice simple design and well thought out!!……………Cheers, Jim
🤠
Now this is amazingly awesome and it's out of sight, out of mind.
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Esse ficou bonito. Vou fazet um pra mim aqui no brasil, flutua muito bem.arrojado!!!!
looks very stable, and cool. We lost a great little 2.5hp seagull motor in the Port Adelaide river years ago when it came loose. It will only happen once!
Think it’d work if the platform section was reduced to a smaller size like 2” pvc to reduce weight or would it no longer support a persons weight?
Great design and craftsmanship. This is far superior to most of the diy fishing boats I've seen. The only question I have is the cost factor. All those fittings and pipe are fairly expensive, along with the plywood and foam. Then the time involved in actually executing the build. It's a great little boat and very functional, but is it cost effective? I'm not knocking anything. Great work. I am just curious about the time and cost involved building this
Looks really stable. I guess weight bearing can be adjusted by the size of the floats 👍
