On our way back from New England we stopped down in Panama City, Florida to fish with our buddy Josh from Heritage Excursions. Josh is a charter captain specializing in bottom fishing the Gulf of Mexico. We set out to deep drop for deep sea grouper species, such as snowy and yellow-edge grouper. As we went from spot to spot we noticed a big school of tuna and started casting poppers into them and immediately hooked up! Fun day of fishing the gulf of Mexico and look forward to the first half of the day which is in a separate video coming up!
