I log all dates , times , weather conditions , water levels and fish caught . Have been doing it for 20 + years . It actually works better than matching the hatch . Fish are just like us , they do like routine to stay fed and comfortable ! I still go fishing even though it doesn't match up with my log book but when it matches it's awesome .
