Is it worth it? $60 KastKing Reel VS $200 Shimano Fishing Reel

Smells like fake video, I was interested in a baitrunner reel but because of this, I might get away from your reel. Don't trust it that much..

What kind of line you using on the kastking 6000

Castling with 40 lb test EF 9000 sheared the pin that makes the spool go in/out. I don't even think it can be fixed

Nice reel so far enjoyable.fishing recommend used it for about an hour after getting it from Amazon and functioned flawlessly. Very smooth retrieve and the anti reverse is perfect. Feels like a reel that would be double the price.

I just ordered a sharky 3 baitfeeder to try. Figured for $34 shipped for a 3000 size it will be a fun reel to play with. I caught a 22 pound Freshwater drum on the same size reel last year and 8 pound zebco line along with a 1970's abu garcia spinning set up. I like using the lighter set ups for big fish.

Cant believe I just bought a bait feeder, 33.5 lbs of drag, carbon drag, extra spool..I could not help it. Hope I did good.

Surprised to hear the bell on your rod. I bad mouthed using bells for nearly 30 years … until I found one laying on the pier. In gnarly conditions I was awed at how well it could distinguish between a wave and a real bite. Although I still don't use them, I do have a respect for them.

I've recently started purchasing more expensive longer lasting fishing gear and I hope that I can hand it down to my son one day.

I know this video has some age on it but KastKing is top notch in my book. So much bang for the buck and they just keep getting better. I have several rods and reels from them and have never been disappointed.

Shimano baitrunners are legendary reels, they are the type of reels which can last decades. The Sharky III is the type of reel you expect to throw after a couple of seasons of occasional use. If you do not mind the weight, Shimano baitrunners are some of the best reels ever made.

Awesome real on hand reviews of the KastKing reel man. Also fun to watch catching all the fish. I used to have KastKing a way back and it did exceed my expectations when I caught with it redfish, pompanos, and blackdrums (I'm from Texas). Unfortunately I don't have that reel anymore and I broke my Penn CLL6000 baitrunner reel after I had it for sooo many years by accidently dropping it on the floor 😔. So, I was looking for a new reel and saw that Kastking came up with this. This video really helped me deiced on the reel. Thank you Skipper! Keep them coming man!
