I would consider using waxed bankline for the upper line and making a loop of it, perhaps woth up to 18" in the loop length.
I grew up using these. These are manufactured in Arkansas. We use these in the winter to catch crappie and catfish in the spring on catapa and crawfish.
Ho great informative video. Unfortunately my line spun back in and is completely tested inside. Do you have any tips to fix that ? Cheers
I like your idea about changing the knot on the swivel. FYI, the company that makes them went out of business. If you want Yo-yos, you might want to buy them while they are available.
