Multi Species SLAM & HUGE MYSTERIOUS FISH while river fishing!

This week, we are using some DIY lures and Squidy Bits to catch fish! We are targeting white perch as they are my favorite fish to catch and cook, but you never know what species of fish are biting. That’s one of the reasons why I love fishing so much! Although I was targeting white perch, I managed to catch a MASSIVE fish!
During this quarantine, fishing on my boat has been a lifesaver. We are able to hop spots pretty easily and target the fish we want. I can’t believe the carp I was able to catch on such a light line! That was an adrenaline rush, for sure!

**When you are going fishing during this pandemic, please make sure you follow state laws and social distancing guidelines. This does not mean “We can meet up to go fishing as long as we stay 6 feet away from each other.” Social distancing means that you should not be in the same vicinity as people who do not live in your household unless absolutely necessary (like when buying groceries). Limit your contact with others as much as possible. Go to remote fishing spots where there are no other people fishing. If you want to go fishing with a friend, we recommend that you each go to your own fishing spots and video call each other. Let’s all help keep each other safe during this uncertain time**

What is your favorite type of fishing? Pick one…. river, lake, in the bay, ocean shoreline, kayaking, deep sea small game or big game? And why? If you made a video about your fav please link it. Great vids!

Hello skipper found the video. I hooked 2 before on bread bait but was wondering if there are any other baits to use, because I mainly use worms and bread bait

I use a q tip or small paintbrush to apply my epoxy. It will not get everywhere as much

That carp probably thought it was a shrimp or something. people often think carp mainly feed on algae, berries, and plants, which is not true, carp are omnivorous and their preferred diet mainly consists of aquatic insects and shellfish, but would also prey on small fish if given the opportunity.

What kind of head camera are you using?

I was pretty sure it was your first time catching a carp the moment you were grabbing it by the mouth. Carps have very soft mouths that can be easily ripped when setting the hook.

In Australia we often catch carp around the 1 meter mark the bigger fish are a bit of fun but they stink and it is against the law to release them as they kill off the native species the big fish are often found in shallow waters early light in the warmer weather ( around reeds) i love seeing what other fish you catch some of them i have never seen before cheers guys keep up the good work
