With all due respect BOGO grips are very hard on muskies. They are a big fish but are very delicate. Nice catch.
Tough to watch…get a big enough net and learn how to land the fish properly for Gods sake. And maybe don’t throw a glide bait on a spinning rod 🤣
Lived within a mile of this river for the whole 34 year's I've been alive and you couldn't pay me to swim in it or eat any fish caught out of it between the Ashville part being polluted and the part closer to the NC/TN state line where I'm at with people straight piping into it and all of the tourists coming through with trash and run off from there vehicle's unfortunately the river isn't very clean. I'm the 90s before all of the tourism it wasn't as bad but now in the town of hot springs the traffic doesn't stop and the oil and whatever else is leaking out of the cars goes straight into it and the last time I was very close to the river it had a smell like I've never seen before it's so sad that tourism is destroying the area because it's a special place
Please sir, please respond… I am thinking of fishing here soon… exactly what month and exactly what location was this at ?
Here I was thinking I needed to twelve hours north to find a muskie lol. Beautiful fish, thanks for releasing it afterwards. Tight lines brother!
