Summer on river systems should mean one thing for bass anglers: Find the baitfish. River bass need to feed regularly to replenish the energy they spend fighting current, so they will never be far from baitfish. Look for submerged bait on your electronics, visible schools on the surface, and signs of feeding activity. Likely places to find bait include current seams, points and cut-banks, wing dams, and sand flats. Once you find an area with some baitfish, start with topwaters, spinnerbaits or other minnow-imitating baits to find active fish. If the bite slows, try working a bottom bouncing bait to get more bites.

Mayflys are not that big there is only one insect that big that i can think of in the water and it looks like a centipede and if you pick them up they can bite you and they do hatch and they are nasty big
What about by the St. Louis area? Cuz I have never caught a bass out of the Mississippi or Missouri. I’ve heard of people catching strippers and white bass but no smallmouth or largemouth. Which made me think. If there was some in there wouldn’t they be huge?

Very cool place, congratulations, beautiful video. Have a great week and good fishing! hugs! 👍
I fish the Eliminator weightless. The keel keeps it on the surface, and the tail moves a lot of water and gives it a really cool slithery motion.
Here is as the Colorado river is crazy clear, and these bass are smart asf
This was a horrible video. What tips? Just a video on selling shifty gear. Your subscription is shifty as well.
Sweet tips! Just got skunked this morning on the White River, AR. Definitely using these for next time!
