In this episode we’re miles off the remote southern coast of Panama fishing 5 guys deep in a small panga for all kinds of fish. We’re jigging and throwing poppers for yellowfin tuna, broomtail grouper, trevally, almaco jacks, sierra mackerel, bonito and more. We also swim with some sharks and then cook up our catch back at the lodge.

the "white tuna" look like atlantic bonito (sarda sarda) to me (not to be confused with the little tunny/false albacore which is commonly known as bonito in the US), good fun and good to eat 🙂
You're basically slow pitch jigging with a high-speed setup. When are we going to see a slow pitch rod in your videos? Those groupers are begging for it! Love your content!

I ended up getting a 3 size mold for butterfly jigs, after making 10 jigs the mold pays for itself and so far we've gotten yellow fin, bluefin and even a sailfish somehow on them here in new England waters
