I can take you to a place where you will catch pike all day mate and it's In ripon! Get your dead baits and salmon oil and you'll bag then mate
Well one Dan, tough conditions, Sometimes worth sitting tight and getting some scent in the water, not that I'm any sort of expert. Lot of snow melt won't of helped.

What got me a bit concerned about your safety buddy was your peninsula swim @ 3min 33 you looked fairly high up and I was wincing with the thought I hope to god that the bank don't give way buddy. I've heard of instances that swims like that with dead tree roots that were holding the bank together giving away whilst standing on them, and I just wanted to share my concerns with you matey, it just looked a bit precarious & I'd hate for anything like that to happen to you bud, your such a decent chap! π
Hi dan.. just noticed.. you do not seem to fish the slacks like many other pikers do, is it intentional or just no slacks available . Do you always fish in the main current -cheers

Great way to finish the year with 2 fish. I went last weekend (lake) – 6 got there & it was frozen solid, came home in the end, never seen it so frozen.
We don't have the other mince pie suppliers down south, but the Tesco mince pie π₯§ π
