The BIGGEST FISH in the RIVER!! (WAY BIGGER than US)

In this video, my good buddies Henry and Shane and I are out on the Trinity River, in search of fish that are bigger than we are!

We hook into a few really nice fish, before Henry hooks into a fish that literally pulls him into the river! With enough teamwork, we are able to land and release this absolute monster!

That gar is nothing. If you want big fish, come to the NW and fish for sturgeon on the columbia in my neck of the woods. If you fish the right areas at the right times of the year, you can catch 6-9 footers that weigh 3-400lbs

Man that's a huge gator!

Why does this guy photoshop literally all of his thumbnails….? You don't need to man, if you're catching 200, 300, or 400lb fish, just put that in the title and people will watch regardless…

Gar is such an underrated sport fish. I feel like the Trinity River is one of the few places where people actually go out with the intention to catch gar.

Thank you for the video. You stated "always catch-and-release giant alligator gar." Visiting my grandfather in Houston, I've had some fried gar, and it was delicious. I like the idea of eating fish that I catch. When would it be appropriate to catch an alligator gar and clean it cook it and eat it?
Keep up the good work.
